The Spider Gods
Licking the wounds that left a lingering tingle, the party were once again on the move. Heading for the Temple of the Healing Hand but what they would be facing would be even more Undead. But there would be more and Ghim knew what to expect as it was written in the journals of his Ancestor. The Spider God have made their first move they knew of Harkone's location and sought to take him back into their folds or destroy him. As before, the Temple was defiled by the Spider God's followers. Ghim charging into the fray. Harkone and Cassandra fighting from a distance. The battle would be bloody. The battle would be deadly. Sword against sword. Magic against Magic. The world of Therodon quaked with the violence that ensued. Spiders pouring from every crevaces of the Temple. The stench of death on the air. But the party would prevail but it was told that with the fall of Ghim and before the Spider God's Priests left, they gather up the blood sample of the fallen. And with that a great working was envoked. The dark magic crept out finding its target. Over time, Ghim would be infested with the cursing of the Warlocks. In time, the action would speak loudly, but I move ahead of myself.
With the rescue of the Temple of the Healing Hand, the Mother would have Lyssa, a Wood Elf Cleric, join the part to travel with them to the next Temple to inform them of the damage commited by the Spider God. The party once more, traveling again aboard The Mermaid Sword the party now consists of Ghim, Harkone, Charin, Cassandra and now Lyssa. The travel took quite some time to take, but aboard, Harkone would have himself an apprentice by the name of Isirion Glyndale, a Wood Elf. A very intelligent lad, with the powers of the pure magic running through his veins. And shortly, the party would arrive in the Port of Izar. Here the part spent a month in sabbatical in their perspective Temples and once they leave they are met by Azreal, the Captain of the Guard for the Temple of the Red Lord. A new quest is set into motion for the party.
